With the new iOS mobile software update some players may have an issue logging into their account through the Unibet app. This is a temporary issue, which will be resolved with our next Unibet app update. In the meantime if you are experiencing any issues logging into the Unibet app we encourage you access your account and play on a laptop or desktop computer. We are compatible with either Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Internet Explorer.
Another alternative for mobile iOS users encountering this error is to play through their phones web browser. In order to do so players must first download GeoGuard Location Validator.
Follow these steps to get started playing on your mobile iOS browser:
- Download the GeoGuard Location Validator App on your device.
- Once installed you must enable Location Services on your device to use the GeoGuard Location Validator.
- Additionally in order to securely verify your location, the GeoGuard Location Validator needs to send you notifications. You must click “ALLOW” on the pop-up message to proceed.
- Once you have completed these steps you can begin playing with Unibet. Just be sure to have the GeoGuard Location Validator app opened for the entirety of the time you are using Unibet.
